How do I choose the right yoga mat for my practice?
Selecting a mat depends on your practice style and preference for grip, cushion, and weight. Our PRO series offers high-density cushioning for joint support, while the eKO series provides natural rubber grip. For travelers, the PRO Travel or eKO SuperLite mats are ideal lightweight options.
What is the 'break-in' process for the PRO Series mats?
The surface of the PRO series mats improves with use. The best way to break in your mat is through daily practice, but you can accelerate the process by applying a sea salt scrub. Sprinkle coarse sea salt over the mat, let it sit for 24 hours, and remove with a damp cloth.
How do I clean and maintain my Manduka products?
We recommend using our specially formulated Mat Wash and Refresh sprays. For the PRO series, use a non-solvent cleaner; for the eKO series, use a diluted vinegar solution. Never submerge your mat in water or put it in a washing machine, as this can damage the materials.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most products in their original, unused condition with packaging intact. Please note that yoga mats removed from their shrink wrap are generally not eligible for return due to hygiene standards.
Do you offer a Lifetime Guarantee?
Yes, our PRO and PROlite yoga mats are guaranteed to last a lifetime. This covers wear and tear from regular use, such as surface peeling or fading. It does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning, storage, or modifications.
When will my order ship and how can I track it?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-7 business days.
